Ring Settings

Create your very own Friends & Family Unique Ring List to be notified by a special ring when calls are coming in from your list.

Add a number to your Friends & Family Unique Ring List

  1. Login to rogers.com/onlinemanager and click the RING SETTINGS tab.
  2. Click Manage My Friends & Family – Unique Ring List.
  3. Select Add a new number to my Friends & Family – Unique Ring List.
  4. Enter a new phone number in the box provided.
  5. Click ADD and then SAVE to save your changes.

Activate Friends & Family Unique Ring

  1. Login to rogers.com/onlinemanager and click the RING SETTINGS tab.
  2. Click CONFIGURE on the Friends & Family – Unique Ring option.
  3. Select Yes for Identify My Friends & Family callers with a unique ring.
  4. Click NEXT and then CONFIRM to save your changes.

Number of Rings for Voicemail

If you’ve got Rogers Voicemail, you can easily adjust the number of times your phone rings before going to Voicemail.

Change the number of rings before calls go to Voicemail

  1. Login to rogers.com/onlinemanager and click the RING SETTINGS tab.
  2. Click CONFIGURE on the Voicemail option.
  3. Use the drop-down menu to change the number of rings before a call goes to voicemail.
  4. Click NEXT and then CONFIRM to save your changes.

You’re finished! Now you’ll always have the flexibility to adjust your ring settings to suit your needs.

This concludes the Ring Settings feature of your Home & Away™ Online-Manager. Other features are Forwarding, Privacy, Long Distance Ring, Contacts, and Speed Call.

With three way calling

Now you can add a third caller to a phone call you’re already on. It’s as easy as 1 2 3:

  1. When you’re on the phone with the first caller, press and release the hang-up (or LINK/FLASH) button.
  2. Dial *71 followed by the second person’s phone number.
  3. When the second person answers, press and release the hang-up (or LINK/FLASH) button again to start your three-way call.

If you do not subscribe to this feature, a per-use charge may apply.

Just use the Privacy feature of Home & Away™ Online-Manager.

Convenient call screening for private or blocked numbers. Every time a call from one of these numbers arrives, the caller will hear an announcement that you’re not accepting calls from anonymous numbers.

To turn on Anonymous Caller Rejection,
dial *77 and listen for a busy signal.

To turn off Anonymous Caller Rejection,
dial *87 and listen for a busy signal.
