Contacts

You can fully manage, view and edit your contacts list conveniently and quickly, right online. You can also assign speed-dial numbers for people you frequently call.

Add a New Contact

  1. Login to rogers.com/onlinemanager and click the CONTACTS tab.
  2. Click the Add a New Contact link.
  3. Click SAVE CHANGES.

That’s it! You’ve got all your contacts in one easy-to-manage, convenient place.

This concludes the Ring Settings feature of your Home & Away™ Online-Manager. Other features are Forwarding, Privacy, Ring Settings, Long Distance Ring, and Speed Call.

With three way calling

Now you can add a third caller to a phone call you’re already on. It’s as easy as 1 2 3:

  1. When you’re on the phone with the first caller, press and release the hang-up (or LINK/FLASH) button.
  2. Dial *71 followed by the second person’s phone number.
  3. When the second person answers, press and release the hang-up (or LINK/FLASH) button again to start your three-way call.

If you do not subscribe to this feature, a per-use charge may apply.

Just use the Privacy feature of Home & Away™ Online-Manager.

Convenient call screening for private or blocked numbers. Every time a call from one of these numbers arrives, the caller will hear an announcement that you’re not accepting calls from anonymous numbers.

To turn on Anonymous Caller Rejection,
dial *77 and listen for a busy signal.

To turn off Anonymous Caller Rejection,
dial *87 and listen for a busy signal.
