Set Up a Secondary Email Address

When you’ve got Rogers email, you’ve got the ability to add up to eight secondary email addresses. This means everyone in the family can have their own, or you can have a couple of your own. Setting them up is easy.

Adding secondary email accounts

  1. Make sure that you are signed in to Rogers email as the primary account holder. Only the primary member can create secondary accounts.
  2. Click the My Account or Member Centre link, which is located at the top of most Rogers Yahoo! pages, such as the Rogers Yahoo! Mail page.
  3. Click the Manage Secondary Accounts quick link. Please note: Only primary members have the Manage Secondary Accounts link. If you are signed in using a secondary account, you won’t have this option.
  4. The My Account & Billing page opens.
  1. In the Secondary Accounts section of the My Account & Billing page, click the Create New Secondary Account button.
  2. The End User Agreement page appears.
  3. You may see an initial screen asking you to verify your Rogers Yahoo! Username and password. After reading the agreement, select I accept at the bottom of the page and then click the Next button.
  1. On the Secondary Account Creation page, provide a new username and other information about the person for whom you are creating the account. Complete the information in this form, then click Next.
  2. When the new account is successfully created or the existing account is successfully added as a secondary account, you’ll see a page with the secondary account’s Rogers Yahoo! Username, as well as several options for continuing:
    • Sign in as a different user
    • Return to Member Centre
    • Create another secondary account (this option doesn’t appear if you’ve already created the maximum number of secondary accounts)
  1. Click the Manage Secondary Accounts quick link. Please note: Only primary members have the Manage Secondary Accounts link. If you are signed in using a secondary account, you won’t have this option.
  2. To access the new secondary account’s mail, click the Sign in as a different user button.

You’re finished! Now you’ve got a secondary email address.
